・フロントデスクデューティーマネージャー

・フロントデスク業務全般

・ホテル全体のオペレーションの監督/時間帯責任者

・ホテル館内での事故、緊急時対応

・夜間時間帯の総支配人代行業務・VIPゲストの対応

・3年以上のフロントオフィスでのアシスタントマネージャーまたはナイトマネージャー経験者または同様のフロントデスクでのポジション経験者

・コンプレインハンドリング、危機管理能力（日本語で公共機関とコミュニケーションが取れる）

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

・日本語でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションが取れる方（苦情処理、メール、役所、警察、消防なども含む）

・外国籍であれば、就労ビザをお持ちの方
