■職務内容

本ポジションは、自社制作タイトルを手掛けるスタジオ（PlayStation Studio, PDI)に関わる経理業務を担当いただきます。

グローバルにビジネスが展開されているため、米・英の経理担当者とのやりとりが発生します。

・ゲーム制作に関わる経理業務

　　制作費・ソフトウェア資産化の会計処理、ビジネス部門からの相談対応

　　（Taxチームの助言を得ながら）法人税・消費税・源泉税の申告調整対応

・株式会社ポリフォニー・デジタルの経理業務（法人としての決算業務を含む）

※ポリフォニー・デジタルはSIE100%出資によるソフトウェア開発スタジオです。

当初はソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント内の一部門であった「グランツーリスモ」制作チームが1998年に独立して設立された会社になります。

・欧米の海外拠点との協業・グローバルアラインメント

　　日本側実務の習熟度に応じて、グローバルアラインメントへの参画

現在は週1回程度の出社となっていますが、基本的にはリモートワークを前提とした勤務体制になっています。

経理チームでは今回募集をしているポジション及びソフトウェアだけでなく、ハードウェア、R&D、アフターサービス、人件費、固定資産など幅広い経理業務を担当していますので、将来的にはジョブローテーションを通じて経理としての強固なキャリアを構築していただけます。

■組織・職場紹介

私たちのチームは12名ほどの組織になり、株式会社ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント、株式会社ポリフォニー・デジタルにおける、経理業務を担当しております。英・米のカウンターパートと密接に連携しながら、グローバルかつ最先端のPlayStation製品の根幹を担っている実感が持てる職場で、スキルアップやキャリアアップを目指す方にとって大変魅力的な環境となっています。

■求められる経験・スキル

・５年以上の上場会社における経理実務経験

・SAP使用経験

・Excelの高い習熟度（関数、Pivotテーブル、Power Query）

・欧米のカウンターパートとの密な連携のため、英語でのコミュニケーション（メール、チャット、オンライン会議）に抵抗がない方、やる気がある方
