Job Title: KYC QA Tester – Contract (London-Based)
We are seeking multiple experienced KYC QA Testers to join a large-scale KYC testing and remediation project for a global financial services organisation. This is a contract-based opportunity requiring up to 10 London-based professionals. The project mirrors a similar large-scale program and will focus on reviewing, testing, and validating KYC files and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: London
Responsibilities:
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing on KYC files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and validate client onboarding, customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring records.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, and gaps within KYC files, escalating issues to relevant teams as necessary.
• Work closely with Compliance, KYC Operations, and Risk teams to ensure remediation tasks meet internal and regulatory expectations.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and structured manner for internal reporting and external audit purposes.
• Provide feedback and guidance on process improvements and best practices related to KYC file reviews.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, progress meetings, and collaborative sessions with other QA testers and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a KYC QA Tester, KYC Analyst, or Compliance Analyst within financial services.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance frameworks (including CDD, EDD, PEP, and Sanctions screening).
• Demonstrated experience in conducting quality assurance reviews of KYC files, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume remediation environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
• London-based and able to work on-site full-time during the initial two weeks.
• Comfortable with hybrid/remote working post-induction.
• Flexibility to work through multiple vendors and contribute within a competitive resourcing environment.
Application Process:
• Batch submissions will be used to streamline the candidate review process and avoid duplicate profiles.
• Candidates sourced from recently completed similar projects will be prioritised.
