Η PLANET S.A., κορυφαίος Όμιλος συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών, με μακρόχρονη παρουσία στην ελληνική και διεθνή αγορά, αναζητά να εντάξει στο δυναμικό της έναν φιλόδοξο επαγγελματία Μηχανολόγο ή Ηλεκτρολόγο Μηχανικό για επίβλεψη Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων και μέτρων ασφάλειας και υγείας σε μεγάλο κτιριακό έργο στον Νομό Αττικής, με πολυετή εργοταξιακή εμπειρία. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει τεχνική επίβλεψη, διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης Η/Μ εργασιών και υπευθυνότητα για την αποτελεσματική εφαρμογή ΣΑΥ (Σχέδιο Ασφάλειας & Υγείας) -ΦΑΥ (Φάκελος Ασφάλειας & Υγείας).

Responsibilities

• Επίβλεψη εγκατάστασης, δοκιμών και παράδοσης Η/Μ συστημάτων, σε συνεργασία με μελετητές, υπεργολάβους και προμηθευτές.
• Έλεγχος συμμόρφωσης με προδιαγραφές, κανονισμούς και πρότυπα ασφάλειας, με συστηματικά audits εργοταξίου.
• Σύνταξη/επικαιροποίηση Σχεδίου Ασφάλειας και Υγείας και Φακέλου Ασφάλειας και Υγείας.
• Διαχείριση μη συμμορφώσεων, διερεύνηση συμβάντων και υλοποίηση διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
• Παρακολούθηση προόδου Η/Μ εργασιών και συμβολή στον χρονικό προγραμματισμό και την παράδοση του έργου.

Requirements:
• Δίπλωμα Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού.
• Εμπειρία άνω των 15 ετών σε επίβλεψη Η/Μ εργασιών σε μεγάλα οικοδομικά έργα.
• Εμπειρία άνω των 10 ετών σε επίβλεψη μέτρων ασφάλειας και υγείας σε εργοτάξιο.
