Job Description

Η PLANET S.A. αναζητά στέλεχος για την υποστήριξη του σχεδιασμού, της διαχείρισης, αξιολόγησης, παρακολούθησης και υλοποίησης έργων Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών (ΤΠΕ). Η θέση είναι full time με φυσική παρουσία (on-site) εντός Αττικής και απαιτεί οργανωτική ικανότητα, τήρηση προθεσμιών και συνεργασία με ομάδες έργου και εμπλεκόμενους φορείς.

Responsibilities

• Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό, διαχείριση, αξιολόγηση, υλοποίηση και παρακολούθηση έργων ΤΠΕ, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις
• Παρακολούθηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, οροσήμων και παραδοτέων και σύνταξη ενημερώσεων/αναφορών προόδου
• Συντονισμός με μέλη ομάδας και stakeholders για την ομαλή υλοποίηση των εργασιών
• Υποστήριξη στη συλλογή/τεκμηρίωση απαιτήσεων και στην οργάνωση τεχνικής/διοικητικής πληροφόρησης του έργου
• Τήρηση και οργάνωση αρχείου τεκμηρίωσης (έγγραφα, εκδόσεις, πρακτικά, λίστες ενεργειών), όπου απαιτείται

Requirements:
• Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης
• Τουλάχιστον 4ετή αθροιστική εμπειρία στον σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και την παρακολούθηση έργων πληροφορικής

• Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών
• Ικανοποιητικό επίπεδο γνώσεων στη χρήση εφαρμογών κειμένου, spreadsheets και βάσεων δεδομένων (π.χ. MS Word, Excel, Access)
• Γνώσεις επί του διαχειριστικού πλαισίου συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων
• Ανάγνωση, κατανόηση, αποδελτίωση και συγγραφή κειμένου
