Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace! Eataly is not a chain; each Eataly is different, with its own character and own theme – but all with the same aim... for our guests to:
• EAT authentic Italian food at our restaurants, cafés and to-go counters
• SHOP a selection of high-quality Italian, local and homemade products
• LEARN through our classes and our team’s product knowledge
We are looking for candidates that have a passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for quality food, beverage, and service. Each Eataly location contains an array of full-service restaurants, cafés, to-go eateries, fresh counters, a grocery market with more than 10,000 products, and a cooking school.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Fresh Market Lead - $25-27/hr
Butcher - $20/hr
Salumi & Formaggi Artisan - $20/hr
Job Fair Details:
Date: Wednesday, April 15th, 2026
Time: 12PM – 3PM
Where: 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura FL

Please park on the third floor garage by Equinox, when you arrive check in with Guest Relations and they will direct you to Scoula (cooking school) downstairs.
