Job Description

1. 完成区域重点门店销量目标

a) 负责辖区内零售目标门店的产品可及，持续保持有竞争力的市场份额

b) 掌握管理门店的产品进销存，避免供给不足的情况发生

c) 通过数据分析发现管理门店的生意机会，不断给患者提供更优质的产品

2. 定期门店拜访覆盖

a) 做好管理门店的拜访工作，及时了解门店反馈的市场需求，并提出合理化建议反馈给上级经理

b) 推进管理门店产品的铺货、上架、陈列等标准动作的执行，定期跟进公司合作项目的市场反馈

3. 门店店员及药师教育

a) 努力提升管理门店药师疾病专业知识

b) 推进管理门店药师积极参与公司提供的专业化教育项目

4. 监控和分析市场发展趋势，挖掘区域市场机会，为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。

5. 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动，合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程，确保其真实有效地开展。

6. 建立和保持有效沟通，定期与上级经理汇报工作进展，与其他部门建立协作关系。
