[Job - 29438] Squad Leader, Brazil

We are seeking a Squad Leader to guide cross-functional software development squads, ensuring collaborative teamwork, managing inter-team dependencies, and delivering high-quality products that add value to the business. You will implement effective Agile practices and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead software development squads, ensuring alignment on goals and timely delivery of high-quality software within budget.

• Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, etc.) and promote effective Scrum and Kanban practices.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and other Squad Leaders to manage dependencies, clarify scope, and communicate progress.

• Coaching & Culture: Coach team members in Agile values and foster a positive, inclusive culture that encourages ownership and innovation.

• Engineering & Quality Practices: Support best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD adoption.

Requirements:

• Experience: Strong background in software development with experience as a Scrum Squad Leader, Scrum Master, or Agile Team Lead. Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and managing cross-team dependencies.

• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, Kanban, and Scrum. Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies and project management tools like JIRA.

• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and align cross-functional efforts. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Language:

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
