We are looking for a dedicated Full Stack Developer with AI integration expertise to join our software engineering team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating robust applications, ensuring system reliability, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation.

Your expertise in frontend technologies like React, backend technologies such as Node.js with TypeScript, AWS infrastructure, and LLM integration will be vital for delivering scalable, intelligent, and secure software solutions.

Responsibilities - Your daily routine will include::
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design software architecture solutions, including AI-driven features.

Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software applications and AI workflows.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams regarding full-stack best practices and AI implementation.

Work with architects to design reliable, scalable, and secure software systems that incorporate machine learning models and LLMs.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging AI/ML technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI-led automation.

Ensure the software architecture aligns with business goals and objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.

Requirements:
Design, develop, and maintain React JS applications and REST APIs using TypeScript w/ Node, with a focus on high availability and scalability.

Implement and optimize AI features, including LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock), prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and AI optimizations.

Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure, specifically DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, and IAM—and how to deploy AI models within this ecosystem.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both traditional logic and AI-driven modules.

Analyze user requirements and convert them into highly functional code and intelligent automations.

Continuously integrate and deploy software (CI/CD) while monitoring AI model performance and costs.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring robustness and production stability.

Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge on AI integration patterns.

Differential: Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector) and triggering emails with Braze and Segment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer with a track record of integrating AI APIs or building AI-powered features.

• Solid understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business.

• Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken, for effective global communication.
