We are expanding in Mexico and seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Lead to help drive regional marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for accelerating brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth in Mexico, while also supporting Colombia in alignment with North America leadership.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution, thrives in B2B environments, and can translate marketing plans into measurable business impact.
Core Responsibilities
• Shape and execute Mexico’s marketing strategy in partnership with marketing and sales leadership
• Drive measurable pipeline impact through integrated demand generation programs
• Activate strategic partner marketing initiatives to strengthen ecosystem presence and credibility
• Translate global campaigns into locally relevant, high-impact market activations
• Lead execution of regional events, sponsorships, and executive engagement opportunities
• Elevate brand visibility through PR, media engagement, and thought leadership initiatives
• Partner closely with sales to execute account-based marketing strategies aligned to revenue goals
• Leverage data and performance insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
• Provide strategic marketing support for Colombia, ensuring alignment with regional priorities
• Adapt campaigns and programs to local market dynamics while maintaining consistency across regions
Qualifications
• 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing (technology or consulting preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in demand generation and integrated marketing programs
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market
• Familiarity with the Colombian market is a plus
• Experience supporting marketing in growth or emerging markets preferred
• Strong understanding of the Latin American business landscape
• Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization
