At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative US-based project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be part of the UI/UX team responsible for designing and building frontend systems that enhance human interactions with technology. Your role will involve understanding existing processes, simplifying them, and integrating machine learning into user journeys. You will have the opportunity to influence architecture and technology choices to promote quality and innovation, creating industry-changing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand existing processes and workflows through direct interactions with end users and cross-functional process owners;
Analyze user and application telemetry to gain insights into human interactions with technology;
Synthesize information from users, process owners, data scientists, and telemetry systems to enhance user journeys through interactive wireframes;
Collaborate daily with Product, Data Science and Data Engineering teams to promote and integrate new technologies and reusable components;
Develop and deploy features continuously, ensuring automated unit testing and integration testing;
Review code daily to maintain high quality and facilitate frequent production deployments;
Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap of the team.

Must-have Skills:

Advanced/Fluent English skills

Proven experience in designing user experiences and building user interfaces;
Experience with high-velocity CI/CD systems and agile methodologies, including A/B testing;
Proficiency in React and TypeScript;
Experience with GraphQL (Apollo) and Node.js;
Familiarity with Nest.js and micro-service architecture;
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies;
Experience with Prisma, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL;
Understanding of unit testing and integration testing;
Familiarity with cloud systems (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Nice to have:

Experience with Nest.js, D3.js and graphic design tools;
Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar and Mixpanel.
