At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation to join our team. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Important: Availability to work at the Campinas base.

Position Overview:

As a Senior QA Automation, you will take the lead in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for our web and mobile applications. Your efforts will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while enhancing user experience and maintaining system performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.

Perform manual testing of front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to design specifications.

Conduct back-end testing to verify data integrity, API functionality, and overall system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to identify and resolve quality issues.

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements:

Advanced English and great communication skills.

Proven experience as a QA Automation, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in an Agile environment.
