We are looking for an experienced Squad Leader to work in and with our development team in Brazil, collaborating with teams across the USA. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sharing knowledge and learning, while ensuring high-quality delivery products in a timely and efficient manner, being responsible for facilitating Agile Scrum methodology for the team, organizing sprints, and ensuring that each member of the team is working efficiently towards the team's goals with leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and a proven track record of leading successful software development projects.
This position might require the candidate to occasionally travel to Austin, Texas, for 100% in-person work at the client site.


Your Mission: :
• Lead a software development team, ensuring they work collaboratively towards common goals.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum methodology, including organizing sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and other Scrum events.
• Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget and desired requirements.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance
• Work closely with the product owner and other stakeholders to ensure that the team is delivering value to the business, managing dependencies across teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Create a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with other stakeholders
• Ensure that the team is following best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, security and continuous integration and deployment


You need to have experience with::
• A software development background, with at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum/Squad Leader.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
• Advanced English skills
