We are looking for a System Architect to join our development team and drive our pursuit of technical excellence and continuous innovation. If you want to lead teams in creating innovative solutions and be part of a multidisciplinary team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a development team, providing technical guidance and inspirational leadership
• Encourage the monitoring of metrics that allow tracking the maturity of the engineering team
• Actively participate in agile rituals, such as daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work on generating the development backlog, ensuring the delivery of value to the business
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions, ensuring the quality and scalability of systems
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with software engineering best practices
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, promoting knowledge exchange and professional development
• Work together with the architecture team on the technical evolution of the tribe, participating in and leading engineering and architecture initiatives

Required Skills & Expertise:
• Advanced/fluent English
• Experience acting as a focal point for the customer
• Clear and objective communication, navigating between the technical and business layers
• Experience in back end technologies
• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with AI technologies and ability to participate in AI acceleration initiatives, including experimenting with new Flow agents, fostering a culture of continuous learning for the entire team

Nice to have:
• Experience with .NET development
• Experience with refactoring legacy applications
