We are looking for individuals located in Brazil to work as an Data Architect and engage in a international project!

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution for golden record management across trading platforms, ERP systems, and Climate Portal 2.0.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data by validating MDM solutions and establishing governance practices.
Integration Architecture Design:
- Develop a scalable integration architecture that facilitates seamless enterprise-wide data flows and interoperability between systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align MDM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor MDM performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to optimize data management processes across the organization.

Requirements
- Fluent English is necessary.
- Strong years of MDM strategy, architecture, and implementation experience
- Strong experience with Azure
- Expertise working with AI
- Data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), Data quality dimensions and measurement, Data security and privacy compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA)
- Technical Leadership: Enterprise architecture documentation (ArchiMate, TOGAF), Solution architecture and technical design, Architecture review and validation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer

Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, commodity trading, or climate tech sectors
- Knowledge of trading platform architectures (ION, Murex, Calypso, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP system integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, IntelAgree)
- Understanding of AI/ML data requirements for model training
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Data Management certifications
- Experience with agile data architecture practices
- Background in regulatory compliance and audit requirements
