At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Automation Tester to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position overview:
As a Mid-Level Automation Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our digital products and solutions. You will develop and execute test plans, perform both manual and automated tests, and collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve issues. Your contributions will help maintain the high standards of quality that CI&T is known for, driving our mission of Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation, fueled by the power of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test plans to verify product functionalities.
Perform manual and automated tests to identify defects.
Document and report bugs found during testing execution.
Collaborate closely with developers to fix identified issues.
Validate whether customer requirements have been met.
Ensure that the final product meets the quality standards established by the company.
Provide feedback on process and product quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must-have Skills:
Experience in planning, controlling, specifying, and executing web and mobile software tests.
Experience with API testing.
Knowledge of testing pyramid.
Experience with test automation.
Familiarity with tracking tools (JIRA).
Nice-to-have Skills:
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work closely with clients.
