At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will spearhead the design and implementation of secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments using Azure, with a focus on Kubernetes (AKS). By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality technical decisions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your expertise will guide the integration of advanced technologies, including AI, to enhance our solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical reference in cloud and integrations for the teams.
Lead daily technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions.
Oversee demand management, facilitate production deployments, and manage the environment.
Design, implement, and operate secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
Manage and evolve API Management and both synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and traceable deployments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and ensure complete observability (logs, metrics, alerts) and proactive monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, with occasional experience in AWS.
Expertise in Kubernetes (AKS), API Management, App Service, Functions, Storage, and VMs.
Strong knowledge of data management with Azure SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL (Flexible Server), and Data Factory.
Experience with integrations and security, including APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience using observability tools like Datadog.

Nice-to-have Skills:
Proficiency in Spanish is desired.
Preference for candidates located in São Paulo, but not mandatory.
