We are seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to lead a complex, business-critical migration program impacting ~50 applications across multiple merchants and channels. This role owns end-to-end planning, testing coordination, cutover, and release readiness, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the overall migration plan, ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Coordinate testing activities per release, including defect triage and resolution planning;
- Oversee cutover, rollback, and go/no-go decision support;
- Manage dependencies across applications and merchant groups;
- Partner with BT Release Management, LRM, and testing teams to ensure release readiness;
- Track progress, risks, and readiness, providing clear status updates to leadership;
- Lead Hypercare communications and post-migration support coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale migration or transformation programs
- Strong background in project/program management within complex, multi-application environments
- Hands-on experience with testing coordination, defect management, and release governance
- Solid understanding of cutover, rollback, and risk management strategies
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups (technology, operations, testing, support)
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting and decision support
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive delivery under tight timelines
- Advanced English level!
