Hello, this is Tamara from CI&T.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project workstreams that enable our customers to achieve their business outcomes, guided by an AWS ProServe Engagement Manager.
Deliver project management best practices, conduct project management rituals and meetings, create and deliver customized reports, and develop relationships with peers.
Identify and escalate risks and issues.

Basic Qualifications:

Solid of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Solid of relevant consulting or industry experience, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
Customer-facing experience, interfacing with middle management stakeholders, and leading delivery for transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience leveraging project management and agile methodologies on enterprise-level engagements, with the ability to apply them across projects.
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in technical and business settings (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
Expertise in project management and agile best practices across large and complex projects.
Experience managing technical projects consisting of 4 or more people.
Experience collaborating with systems integrators and third parties during delivery.
Experience in cloud transformation programs and initiatives.
Previous experience presenting to management teams.
Understanding of technology principles and services, including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms, and consumer-facing technology.
Active project management and agile certification (Scrum or similar).
Experience with AWS / Cloud technologies.
