We are actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team building a Digital Experience Platform. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing dynamic, high-performing, and accessible user interfaces using Razor Views within an Optimizely CMS 12 implementation.

The Opportunity
The core challenge and exciting opportunity in this role is to craft engaging, responsive user experiences for a sophisticated banking platform using Optimizely's server-side rendering capabilities. You'll develop Razor Views and components that bring our content model to life, ensuring every customer interaction is intuitive, performant, and accessible across devices. This is your chance to shape a seamless digital banking experience that will directly impact thousands of users daily.

Responsibilities:
Development of Razor Views (.cshtml) templates and partial views for the Optimizely CMS 12 platform, aligned with our design system and banking UX standards
Implementation of responsive and accessible UI components using a combination of server-rendered HTML and client-side JavaScript enhancements
Integration with the Optimizely Content Delivery API and other backend services
Collaboration with backend .NET developers to implement feature-rich page types and blocks
Integration of Web Experimentation for A/B testing within Razor Views
Configuration of Content Recommendation blocks to display relevant banking products and services
Optimization of frontend performance, including effective client-side caching strategies
Maintain coding standards for Razor Views, JavaScript modules, and CSS organization

Requirements:
Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC and Razor View development (.cshtml)
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end techniques
Understanding of C# and .NET Core
Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely (formerly Episerver) CMS
Understanding of server-side rendering patterns and their integration with client-side JavaScript
Experience with component-based architecture in server-rendered applications
Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with accessibility (WCAG) implementation in server-rendered applications
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Advanced English level
