At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Squad Leader to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment driven by Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation.

Position Overview:
As a Squad Leader, you will lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects within established timelines and aligned with client expectations. You will facilitate communication, implement agile practices, and foster a positive work culture that encourages growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional development team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Plan and prioritize team tasks, aligning project objectives with the company's strategic goals.
- Implement and promote agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings, including dailies, retrospectives, and planning sessions, to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Provide continuous feedback and support for team members' professional development, identifying growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
- Solid skills in data analysis and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Technical knowledge in software development technologies, including programming languages and version control tools.
- Degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or related fields.

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring development teams.
