Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing user-facing features for our applications. You will utilize your expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript to create high-quality, robust solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our products not only meet client expectations but also push the boundaries of technology. Your contributions will help drive our commitment to Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation, and our dedication to harnessing the power of AI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Write and maintain unit tests using Jest.
- Assist in deploying code to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Provide support and collaborate with junior developers.
- Identify and address potential issues, ensuring the robustness and security of the application.
- Follow best practices and coding standards to produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Jest for unit testing.
- Understanding of deployment pipelines and processes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to support and collaborate with junior developers.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of good code patterns and practices.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
- Portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in the required technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
