[Job-27020] Senior Design Systems Manager, Portugal

Key Responsibilities
Design System Ownership
Build and document components, tokens, states, behaviors.
Maintain the Figma libraries;
Component Creation & Quality.
Design and deliver scalable UI components and patterns.
Define accessibility, responsiveness, and motion principles.
Review component contributions from teams.

Developer Partnership
Ensure parity between Figma and Storybook.
Maintain the coded component library (React, ChakraUI).
Establish contribution rules, governance, and release cadence.
Launch and animate the Design System Community
Create training, show-and-tells, and onboarding materials.
Support product teams in transitioning to DS adoption.
Use AI tools to accelerate component generation, documentation, and pattern suggestions.
Pilot smart linting and AI-based QA for design system usage.
Work with B2C, B2B, B2O designers to understand needs and roadmap.
Partner with DesignOps to define governance.
