[Job- 26655] Senior Developer/ AI Specialist, Brazil

We are looking for an Senior Developer, AI Specialist to join a strategic project focused on global platform harmonization for a major leader in the beverage industry. Your mission will be to lead the technological acceleration front, utilizing Agentic AI to extract, analyze, and document business rules and technical architecture from legacy systems (SAP Hybris). You will work within a lean, high-performance team dedicated to transforming months of manual analysis into weeks of automated insights.

Responsibilities:
- Agent Design and Development: Design and enhance AI Agents capable of ingesting and analyzing complex artifacts, including source code, demo videos, and technical documentation.
- Automated Reverse Engineering: Utilize AI pipelines to extract business rules and integration flows between Hybris systems and ERPs.
- Technical Deliverables Generation: Automate the creation of the artifact inventory, identification of knowledge gaps, and initial business rules documentation.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with the team to validate AI outputs and ensure the technical accuracy of harmonization recommendations.
- Discovery Optimization: Ensure that AI captures the required contextual information, minimizing dependency on intensive stakeholder interviews.
-Participation in a high-visibility international project involving Brazil and Mexico markets.

Requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a significant differentiator for the Mexico workstream.
- LLMs and Agent Frameworks: Expertise in Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and the creation of multi-agent systems.
- Software Engineering Background: Familiarity with system architecture and the ability to process/analyze legacy codebases.
- Data Analysis and Documentation: Proficiency in transforming unstructured data (transcripts, videos, manuals) into structured technical documentation.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile environments with rapid delivery cycles (1-week sprints).

Nice to have
- SAP Hybris experience
- Experience with Python
- Fluent Spanish for contact with clients in Mexico
