At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Support Developer (C#) to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level Support Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our software applications. You will work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain code quality, and contribute to the overall project success. Your expertise in C# will be essential in ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities::
Develop, test, and deploy C# applications while providing support to development initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and propose effective technical solutions. Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. Participate in rotating on-call support duties to ensure timely resolution of production issues. Engage with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. Document processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency and support future development efforts. Travel occasionally within Brazil and Latin America to support project needs.

Must-have Skills::
Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting C# applications. A curious mind motivated to investigate and solve complex issues. High level of professional communication skills, both written and spoken. Availability to travel occasionally in Brazil and Latin America. Fluent English (as a second language).

Nice-to-have Skills::
Intermediate or above Spanish language skills. Working knowledge of Java development.
