Position Title: Senior Native Android Engineer
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Experience Required: At least 6–7 years of professional Android development experience
This is a temporary role - for 2 months

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Native Android Engineer who will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our existing Native Android mobile application. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Kotlin, experienced with AndroidX components, and passionate about delivering scalable and robust mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain an existing Native Android mobile application using Kotlin
Utilize AndroidX components for UI development and data handling
Integrate third-party libraries and services such as Firebase
Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code following MVVM/MVP architecture patterns
Implement and maintain interactive map features (markers, layers, clustering, heatmaps)
Develop geospatial features including routing, navigation, geofencing, and tracking
Manage offline maps, tile caching, and smooth map interactions
Process and handle geospatial data formats such as GeoJSON and KML

Qualifications
Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Android app development
Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android native frameworks
Solid understanding of MVVM/MVP design patterns
Experience with Firebase and third-party integrations
Proficiency in working with maps, geospatial data, and offline caching
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
