Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
2. Manage key commercial projects from planning to execution.
3. Create data-driven reports and presentations for leadership.
4. Collaborate with Marketing to align on initiatives.
5. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes.
岗位职责：
1.开展市场及竞品分析，为战略制定提供决策依据。
2.统筹核心商务项目，推动项目从规划到落地的全流程管理。
3.基于数据支撑编制报告与演示材料，提报管理层参考。
4.协同市场营销团队，确保各项举措方向一致。
5.发掘并推动业务流程的优化机遇。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a renowned domestic or international university, Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Background in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields is a strong plus.
3. Prior experience in FMCG or durable consumer goods industries is preferred, such as in Marketing, Strategic Consulting, or Sales.
4. Demonstrated interest in the Power Tools or related industrial/consumer goods sector.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, data sensitivity, with the ability to learn rapidly.
6. Proficient in PPT crafting, with outstanding report writing and professional English presentation skills.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills, effective in cross-functional settings.
8. Fluent in both English and Chinese (working proficiency).
任职要求：
1.国内外知名高校本科及以上学历，硕士学历为佳。
2.商业、经济、市场、管理等相关专业背景优先。
3.具备快速消费品（FMCG）或耐用消费品行业经验者优先，相关经验可包括：市场营销、战略咨询、销售等。
4.对电动工具或相关工业品 / 消费品行业抱有浓厚兴趣。
5.出色的逻辑分析、解决问题能力，对数据敏感，具备快速学习能力。
6.精通 PPT 制作，具备优秀的报告撰写与专业的英文演讲展示能力。
7.优秀的沟通与协调能力，能在跨部门环境中高效工作。
8.中英文流利，可作为工作语言。
