Responsibilities:
1. Process design and optimization from prototype to mass production.
2. Efficiency and cost control of the production system.
3. Integration of advanced manufacturing technologies.
4. Cross-department collaboration and production standardization.
5. Risk management and continuous improvement.
Potential rotation opportunity: Rotation opportunities across different manufacturing technical departments (sample shop, process development, special machinery) and also the manufacturing department for new products, with a several-week assignment at the lead plant in Germany.
岗位职责：
1.负责产品从样件试制到量产阶段的全流程工艺设计与优化。
2.统筹生产系统的效率提升与成本管控工作。
3.推进先进制造技术的整合与落地应用。
4.开展跨部门协同工作，推动生产标准化体系建设。
5.落实生产风险管控及持续改进工作。
潜在轮岗机会：可在不同制造技术部门（样件车间、工艺研发部、专用设备部）及新产品制造部门间轮岗，同时可赴德国标杆工厂参与为期数周的派驻学习。
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
2. High motivation and strong internal drive.
3. Strategic planning skills.
4. Strong leadership mindset and excellent teamwork capabilities.
5. Industrialization experience (e.g., Process Development, Special Machinery, Manufacturing Planning); high affinity for digitalization; strong intercultural competence.
6. German and/or excellent English language competence is preferred.
