Responsibilities:

1.The CO Function team, as Bosch's IT center, plays an important role in the plant's digital transformation journey. We introduce new IT technologies and build up competencies within Bosch; we lead local IT solution development and coordinate the rollout of centrally-developed intelligent IT solutions; we govern IT security in strict compliance with IT laws and regulations.

2.You will work closely with plant function departments to identify, document, and translate their digitalization strategies into IT solutions that help achieve business outcomes using Analytics.

3.You will lead local application development and optimization.

岗位职责：

1.CO 职能团队作为博世内部的 IT 技术中心，在工厂数字化转型进程中发挥重要作用。团队负责引入前沿 IT 技术并在博世内部搭建技术能力矩阵；主导本土 IT 解决方案的研发工作，同时统筹推进总部智能 IT 方案在区域的落地推广；严格遵循各项 IT 相关法律法规，开展 IT 安全合规治理工作。

2.与工厂各职能部门紧密协作，梳理并明确其数字化战略需求，将需求转化为基于数据分析技术的 IT 解决方案，助力业务目标达成。

3.主导本土应用程序的开发与优化工作。

Qualifications:

1.Master's degree in Computer Science.

2.1–5 years of working experience, with comprehensive knowledge of emerging IT technologies (e.g., AI, knowledge graph...), and insight into IT technology development trends.

3.Experience in the automotive industry, high-tech sector, robotics or AI industry is preferred.

4.High willingness to initiate new projects and complete them efficiently, with ambition to lead projects.

5.Results-oriented.

6.Cooperative.

7.Systematic thinking.

任职要求：

1.计算机科学专业硕士学历。

2.1-5 年工作经验，具备人工智能、知识图谱等新兴 IT 技术的全面知识储备，且对 IT 技术发展趋势有敏锐洞察。

3.拥有汽车、高科技、机器人或人工智能行业从业经验者优先。

4.积极主动发起新项目，能高效推进项目落地，具备项目领导的志向与意愿。

5.结果导向。

6.善于协作。

7.具备系统性思维。
