In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of Jira and its related tools. Your expertise will help streamline project tracking and enhance Agile development processes, ensuring that teams can effectively collaborate and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Jira projects, workflows, and configurations to meet the unique needs of different teams.
• Provide support and training to users on best practices for utilizing Jira and related tools effectively.
