We are seeking an experienced Boutique / Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a premium fine jewellery store. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving store revenue, and managing day-to-day operations while building and motivating a high-performing retail team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with a passion for luxury retail and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring personalized service, deep product knowledge, and consistent service excellence across all touchpoints.
• Drive store sales performance by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to build a high-performing, customer-centric culture.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and compliance with retail standards.
• Ensure smooth execution of store processes, policies, and SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and brand consistency.
• Build long-term customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty through trust and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand launches at the store level.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, hygiene, and luxury aesthetics in line with brand guidelines.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 5–7+ years of experience in store or boutique management, preferably within fine jewellery or luxury retail.
• Strong expertise in customer satisfaction, service excellence, and relationship-driven sales.
• Proven ability to manage store operations while driving consistent sales performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage diverse customers and lead teams effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for team building, coaching, and performance management.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business goals and premium customer experiences.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior exposure to luxury retail, premium brands, or fine jewellery is an added advantage.
