We are looking for experienced Jewellery Store Managers to lead luxury retail outlets with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
• Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets while tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Coordinate with the head office on sales reports, campaigns, and promotional activities
Store Operations & Compliance
• Oversee end-to-end daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs related to billing, CRM usage, inventory movement, and safety standards
• Maintain operational discipline and compliance across all store processes
Inventory Management
• Manage complete inventory lifecycle, including stock planning, audits, and reconciliation
• Implement loss prevention measures and ensure optimal merchandise availability
Customer Experience & Client Management
• Deliver a high-end luxury shopping experience aligned with brand standards
• Handle customer escalations professionally and build long-term relationships with key clients
• Ensure superior visual merchandising and store presentation at all times
People Management
• Recruit, train, and mentor store staff such as Jewellery Consultants and Cashiers
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability development initiatives
Requirements
• Experience: 13–15 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or the jewelry segment
• Skills: Strong leadership, store management, CRM expertise, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making
