Requirements:
Retail Operations Management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as required.
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
Customer Experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with order management and repair teams to ensure seamless service.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Promotions & Offers
• Implement promotional campaigns and special offers as per business plans.
• Seek approvals for additional discounts when necessary to close sales opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven retail culture.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience leading sales in a retail environment, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of jewelry market trends and consumer buying behavior.
