Jetting Assistant

We are delighted to announce a major new contract win with Welsh Water, supporting them over the next four years and beyond, delivering proactive and reactive maintenance of their Wastewater Network.

We’re now recruiting a Jetting Assistant to join our North and Central Wales teams. You’ll support an HGV Jetting Operative with high‑pressure jetting work and deliver excellent customer service across the region. This is a great opportunity to build a long‑term career with Lanes Group.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HGV Jetting Operative in setting up and operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment

Carry out inspections to identify blockages, leaks and other issues

Complete site documentation using an electronic tablet

Work safely and follow approved method statements and procedures

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Wear and look after all required PPE

Experience & Training

Essential:

Full UK driving licence

Full training provided in:

Water Jetting Association (Red or Blue Book)

Banksman

NRSWA

EUSR National Water Hygiene

Medium‑risk confined space
