We are looking for an enthusiastic results driven individual to join our operations department. You will work closely with engineers, and operation managers to contribute to the businesses success.
Duties
Coordinating engineer's workload effectively to achieve maximum their working day.
Daily monitoring and assessing project timelines and deliveries to identify any risks.
Share progress reports with Octopus Energy regularly.
Hold regular calls to check in with engineers to discuss updates, questions, and any technical challenges.
Update information in our system.
Managing job status with engineers to update on progress or issues, escalating any blockers to the management or Octopus Energy.
Investigation of engineer aborted jobs.
Track KPIs related to performance, adherence to timelines, and any incidents requiring support or escalation.
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager to achieve operational efficiency and maintenance of KPIS.
Effectively dealing with any queries, handling, and resolving customer complaints when required.
Resolving disputes where the work has been completed to enable the business to invoice for work completed.
Monitor work channels and issue in-day emergency work in accordance with the companies SLA.
Role requirements
Previous experience working in a call centre environment making outbound calls would be advantageous but not essential.
Target driven
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
Computer Literate, I.T skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Keen attention to detail, working accurately under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and Punctual.
Role Details
22 days holiday allowance + an extra day after yearly work anniversary (up to 25)
40 hours working week
Company pension
Salary - Over 21 years - £25,396.80. Under 21 years -£20,800.00 (Increasing in April 26)
