We are seeking a skilled Fulfillment Consultant with expertise in JDA Fulfillment, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Script, SAP APO and ERP knowledge, and experience with UCP4 and Service Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes and be able to decommission existing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in JDA Fulfillment 7.8, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Script.
• Good to have: SAP APO and ERP knowledge. Scheduling tool –UC4 and Service center
• Responsibilities: Decommission of JDA servers, Data load and comparison b/w JDA and SAP APO, Documentation, Tickets resolution, Batch Job Failures, JDA Server Startup and Shutdown and issue resolution.
• At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
