Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical requirements. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Technical Skills
1. Core JavaScript Knowledge
o ES6+ Syntax: Understanding modern JavaScript features like arrow functions, destructuring, and template literals
o Closures, Callbacks, Promises, and Async/Await: Handling asynchronous operations efficiently
o DOM Manipulation: Efficiently selecting and manipulating DOM elements
2. Frontend Frameworks and Libraries
o React, Angular, Typescript Vue.js: Proficiency in popular frameworks for building user interfaces
o State Management: Using libraries like Redux or Vuex to manage application state
