1. 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Java J2EE
2. Expertise in Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) using Java/J2EE Design Patterns, Unified Modelling Language (UML).
3. Very good experience on Web frameworks, JSP,JQuery, Spring, Hibernate, Core Java & working on WAS
4. Experience in working with SOA Architecture Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.
5. Knowledge or experience of any RAD frameworks - vaadin, Wicket etc framework will be advantage
6. Recent project experience with Spring/Struts/Hibernate.
7. Proficiency with Java, J2EE, XML, Javascript, HTML, CSS,SOAP UI etc
8. Broad background in web application architectures.
9. Experience with databases in general and DB2 in particular.
10. Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
11. Strong knowledge of browser compatibility issues, DOM, AJAX architectures and libraries.
12. Experience with Build & Release Tools - maven, ant.
13. Experience with Agile Software Development and Scrum projects.
14. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business term ,
