1) Should be 8+ years experience primarily in Java environment
2) Should have worked on end to end MongoDB project
3) Should have worked on MongoDB modeling, indexes, sharding, data migration, aggregation framework
4) Should have been involved in query optimizations
5) Strong in java , Spring and web services.
