Must Have Skills:

• Very good Experience on JSF, Primefaces, Jquery with hands on 2+ years

• Very good Experience on Java Collections and exception framework
• Good Experience on XSD,XSLT,WSDL, JAXB, Spring Core with hands on 2+ years
• Spring WS, Spring Hibernate and SOAP service producers and consumers
• Experience on Spring Hibernate, Spring JDBC and SQL with hands on 3+ years
• Ability to code the functional components using the above technology 80% of the work day schedule in Agile methodology with all hands on
• Coming up with ideas on application performance tuning and implementing the approach in Java technology
• Ability to lead the Agile team and produce demo-able contents in 3 weeks iteration with near zero defects
• Ability to manage client expectations at technology level and produce design documents and related artifacts within a 3 weeks iteration
• Defect Management and closure skills
• Strong analytical and decision making skills in an aggressive agile project with 15 days development and closure time
•  DB skills: SQL queries (joins, correlated sub-queries, case statements etc.)
• Experience in UI performance testing and Cross Browser Compatibility Testing.
• Knowledge on TestNG unit Testing for UI and DAO Layers.
