We are seeking a talented Senior Java Engineer to join our passionate team at Softeta, working on innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector. As a Senior Java Engineer, you will take a leading role in the design and implementation of robust and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Java applications that are high-performance, scalable, and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and create technical specifications;
• Conduct code reviews and promoting best coding practices;
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

Technological stack - Java 21, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend systems;
• Proficient in using Spring Framework and RESTful services;
• Experience with Microservices architecture;
• Knowledge of database design along with hands-on experience in SQL databases;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
