Basic Qualifications: Master's Degree OR Bachelor's degree OR relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR directly related work experience. Technical Expertise: Experience developing back-end code (e.g., Python, Java, C++, PHP) and APIs for software applications. Knowledge of database software for maintaining and manipulating data. Understanding of systems integration processes and data structures for efficient operations Growth & Innovation Mindset: Curiosity and passion for technology, comfort in challenging traditional solutions, and a drive to learn modern tools like Angular, React, Kubernetes, and Docker. Problem-Solving: Ability to approach problems logically and creatively, asking questions and seeking solutions. Collaboration: Willingness to work in a team, share ideas, and learn from peers and mentors. Adaptability: Openness to feedback, learning new technologies, and adapting to changing priorities.
