Basic Qualifications:

This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.

* Basic Qualifications for a level 3 are a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.

* 5 or more years' experience in the following: Java, Java Applets and Java Scripts *5 or more years' experience in the following: JSF, CSS/CSS3, HTML, SQL/ Oracle SQL, Spring, Struts, Servlets, Web Containers and SVN *Cross Browser Support: JMS; Jira, Maven *JPA/JPA2, Hibernate; Confluence; Eclipse *Jquery / Json *Working knowledge of JDBC, SQL and database stored procedures.

* Experience with Responsive Web Design *Demonstrated experience with consistently delivering readable, maintainable and efficient code.

* US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) is required *Position requires that you are able to obtain (and maintain) a Public Trust clearance *Must not have traveled outside of the US for a period of more than 6 months (or longer) within the last 5 years

* Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures

* Understanding of design patterns and their applications
