Job Title: Java Security Developer

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Duration: FTE

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

• Good understanding of Agile development process

• 7-8+ years of experience in Java development

• Experience to Architect/design/fixing code across Web applications

• Design and Development experience in Web applications

• Strong Hands on Experience in Java code development related to Web Security

• This is primarily a developer role with security experience

• Develop fixes for prioritized security defects in the portal framework

Preferred Skills:

• Provides application security services including secure coding techniques and reviews, education & awareness, process and tools, security testing support and guidance for internal software development projects

• To provide guidance on security best practice and compliance, and undertake security testing

• To ensure awareness of and enforce policies, procedures and practices relating to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information

• Monitor and proactively report on current threats and vulnerabilities to application security

• Prepare and monitor operational security metrics and trends

Job Responsibility:

• Fixing Security code defects across Web applications
