4 - 8 Years of extensive hands on experience on:

Core Java – Fundamentals, Multi-threading

Web / Web Services – Spring stack, REST, SOAP

Good exposure to Spring stack

Good ORM tool experience – Hibernate, Mybatis

Any JavaScript and front end toolkit experience

Basic SQL experience

Any RAD tool experience or understanding – Spring Roo Groovy/Grails, PLAY framework on JVM etc..

A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design

Nice to have Working knowledge of oracle or MySQL databases
