Should be around 6 to 8 years of experience
? Should be hands on and hard core Java programmers
? Should have done full-fledged Design, coding, deployment and should have taken their solution to production
? Should be very versatile in terms of design and coding on Java, EJB, XSLT, XSL, DOM, XPath, JSF, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, WSSO, Spring, Hibernate
? Should have excellent communication skills
? Should have experience in terms of building / converting J2EE applications to a SOA based solutions
? Should be very much hands on experience and they are only expected to code as part of this program
