· Experience: 7+ years (Preferably a 7-9 Years candidates with good communication skills)

· Skills: Java/JEE, Database SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript; Good Oral and Written communication skills

JD: Discuss and analyze requirements with customer for Dashboard development. Prepare technical design for Model, Controller and View layers. Estimate effort and prepare plan to deliver incremental software on Agile model. Develop and Test the Dashboard Web Application. Develop web services to integrate source systems with Dashboard. Automate reports and build search capability. Maintain the application for bug fixes and developing incremental functionalities. Will require interaction with several Internal team in customer office. Prepare and circulate weekly status reports and have weekly status meetings. Offshore coordination required for leading the offshore team in Phase 2 development.
