Should be around 12 to 15 years of experience in Java, EJB, XSLT, XSL, DOM, XPath, JSF, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, WSSO, Spring, Hibernate

Should have experience in terms of performance tuning, re-written legacy code into modernize code on J2EE, moved J2EE / EJB to Oracle fusion middleware

Should be hands on OFM BPM products and also should have worked hands on and delivered J2EE application in production for multiple customers

Should be a thought leader and should be able to lead rather than follow.

Should have very good communication skills

Should have good experience and hands on experience, in terms of working with Oracle SOA suite and Oracle Rule engine

Should have a wide depth and breadth knowledge on solution architecture and should be able to give end to end holistic technology coverage

Should have good experience and hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS.
