We are seeking a highly experienced Java Fullstack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This full-time role based in Chennai requires strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and modern front-end technologies such as ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and dynamic user interfaces. The role demands strong architectural thinking, clean coding practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Develop responsive and high-performing front-end interfaces using ReactJS
• Implement dynamic UI components using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system workflows
