Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise to lead development and integration efforts for enterprise-grade digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, front-end frameworks, and AEM along with proven leadership experience in guiding teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver AEM-based web and mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and UX teams to define technical solutions.
• Drive full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and front-end technologies (React.js / Angular).
• Configure, customize, and integrate AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services.
• Manage integrations between AEM and back-end APIs, third-party systems, and microservices.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Review technical designs and code, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Mentor and coach team members in both Java full stack and AEM capabilities.

Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in AEM development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js or Angular.
• Experience in AEM development:
• Custom components, templates, and dialogs
• Sling models, Sightly/HTL, OSGi services
• AEM workflows, content fragments, and experience fragments

• Knowledge of AEM Dispatcher and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of cloud deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service, AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control (Git).
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
